Why You’ll Enjoy Staying With Us

Lazy Acre Log cabins is a traditional settler-style log cabin . We have nine self-contained cabins. All are built in the same rustic log cabin style, which if you ask me gives the perfect place for beach, nature lovers, fishing and boating enthusiasts with access to parking boats or Jet skis.

There is one three-bedroom cabin, while the rest have either one or two bedrooms. One of the cabins has wheelchair access. Bedding arrangements vary, but all cabins have a queen bed in the main bedroom, and either single or bunk beds in the other room. Fresh linen, towels, doonas, pillows, are all provided and the beds have electric blankets.

The self-contained cabins are clean and tidy on the inside and equipped with everything you will need for a family fishing holiday. This includes a shower and toilet area, separate laundry and washing machine. In the kitchen there are fridge, microwaves, stove, kettle, and all the usual cutlery, crockery, and saucepans. The rooms are complete with 1 to 2 seated sofas, reverse cycle air-conditioning, heating, and a television. Complimentary coffee, tea and milk are provided upon arrival.

We have a NO cooking crab policy in the cabins or onsite. If evidence of stored crabs or crab nets are found in or outside the cabins then a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.

  • Free parking is available onsite
  • Free WIFI
  • Private BBQ Area and Playground
  • Swimming pool access
  • Onsite Remedial Massage and Myotherapist

“Clean, cosy and friendly”

Clean, cosy and friendly. We will stay here again next time we are in the area. The cabins were clean and well equipped. Owners were attentive and helpful with recommendations about the area. Kids park was just right for our little ones.

“Professionalism, Quality,
Responsiveness, Value”

All the cabins are named after river in gippsland. The cabin was neat and tidy, and the cabin has all the amenities and things which you’ll need to make your stay comfortable, very near to footbridge for getting to main beach, walkable distance to the restaurants and cafe’s. The owners who runs this place have done amazing job at maintaining this facility and giving personal touch to everything, I’ll definitely comeback here in future and recommend to my friends and family.

“Spacious and Comfortable”

The log cabins were in a great area it was quiet but close enough to walk to the shops and beach. They were very clean and spacious with cooking facilities if you don’t want the expense of eating out. The bed was vey comfortable as was the lounge when watching the television. Would definitely recommend staying here.
